What exactly is Airbnb co-hosting?
We run your Airbnb for you — the listing, pricing, guest messages, and turnovers — while you keep full ownership of the property and the account. You get the income and the asset; we take the day-to-day work off your plate.
How do you get paid?
Two parts: a one-time setup fee to relaunch and dial in your listing, then a share of your nightly booking revenue (not your cleaning, pet, or early check-in fees — those stay yours). If your place doesn't book, we barely earn. Our incentive is the same as yours: a full calendar.
Is my Airbnb account safe with you?
Yes. Everything stays on Airbnb's platform, a real person reviews every guest message before it sends, and you keep full ownership and control of your account and payouts at all times.
What's a free listing teardown?
A no-cost review of your listing where we show you the top things quietly costing you bookings — lead photo, title, description, pricing. You keep the findings whether or not you work with us. Request one here.
Do I keep control of my property and pricing?
Always. You own the home, the listing, and the account. We operate it with your goals in mind, and you can review, adjust, or pause anything at any time.
What does it cost to get started?
A setup fee to relaunch and optimize your listing, plus any materials to get the place guest-ready (billed at cost). After that, it's the share of nightly bookings — so most of what you pay only happens once you're earning.
Can you manage my place remotely?
Yes — we co-host remotely, anywhere in the US, with trusted local cleaners and vendors on the ground.
